God wants you to RISE UP

Hello, my friend! How have you been?

It’s been a while since my last letter but I want to stop by and share my thoughts with you and what I have been feeling in the atmosphere lately.

Can’t help but to think that our access to God brings so much opportunity to positively affect our current realities. 

From raising a basic unit of society, enhancing communities, building a nation’s economy, up to creating a modern world, our access to the Most High brings forth so much potential of authentically experiencing an abundant life that Jesus talked about in John 10:10.

No wonder why the enemy and sin itself were doing their best to attack our genuine faith.

Because once we lay down our shield of faith and we start relying upon our limited self, strive to satisfy our own cravings, build things upon jealousy and comparison, and avariciously run after vain success, the darts of disappointment and failure could hit  us at any point in time, leaving us paralyzed.

Recently, I found myself avidly observing the current issues in my country (The Philippines) and other nation’s current events and realized that yes — the true remnant of God needs to rise up.

I thought about Moses and Joshua (and other biblical leaders) who had a prominent place in society and were able to demonstrate the necessity of being led, preserved and guided by God Himself in making huge decisions to maintain not only a progressive, safe, sustainable tribe/nation, but also one that is walking above high moral standards of obedience to God, holiness and righteousness. 

You see, political propaganda that furthers a certain cause, economic and social development and other humanitarian movement will be most benefited if we only understand the relevance of genuinely hearing what God has to say about these matters. 

And if the true followers of Jesus arise to these prominent places which go beyond the walls of an exclusive societal group (a.k.a church building), imagine a kind of environment that thrives, innovates, and continuously progressing and producing high potential citizens, fulfilling their purpose that aligns with the heart and intentions of God. 

Today, I want to tell you that your relationship with Christ isn’t just something that can sustain you in this lifetime and the hereafter, but it actually plays a greater role in God’s over all plan for the world.

I always believe that our salvation is only the beginning of discovering the destiny God has for us, and our obedience to our assignments in the kingdom of God to bring heaven into our families and societies has a huge domino effect in the generations to come.

I hope you’re empowered by this letter and I pray that you start seeing yourself as part of a vital blueprint of God for the world.

He wants you to maintain a relationship with Him so you can get preserved by His ways.

He wants you to grow and be the best version He created you to be so you can have the capacity to handle greater things.

He desires for you conform to His image so you could be wise and compassionate just like He is.

Your skills, wit, character, faithfulness and your genuine reliance on God are some of the most important requirements so that we can truly see the manifestation of the abundant life that God desires for you and the entire humanity.
